Chinese Oil Workers Visit TATNEFT
Representatives of Daqingneft, which is one of the largest oil companies in China, have come to TATNEFT for a three-day. The delegation includes Chang Fuquan, Representative Office Head of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and Sun Longde, General Director of OOO Daqingneft.
Daqingneft is a subsidiary of CNPC and it is engaged in developing one of the world's largest Daqing oil fields, similar in its characteristics to the Romashkinskoye field of TATNEFT Company.
The guests discussed the issues of cooperation between the oilmen of Tatarstan and the Chinese oil workers at a meeting with Rais Khisamov, Chief Geologist - Deputy General Director of TATNEFT, on August 13, which was the first working day of the visit. Mr. Chang Fuquan, Representative Office Head of the China National Oil and Gas Corporation said: “We are interested in the TATNEFT Company’s experience of in the area of crude oil recovery enhancement methods, waterflooding technologies application and many other things. We hope that our cooperation will be long-term, useful and mutually beneficial.”
The visit program of Datsinneft includes a visit to the Almetyevsk State Oil Institute and the Modeling Center, as well as a demonstrative familiarization with the advanced achievements of Tatarstan oil workers at the wells of NGDU Elkhovneft (Oil and Gas Production Division).
