In March 2006, OAO TATNEFT and OAO ACHNF (Almetyevsk hosiery factory) "Alsu" decided to establish a production facility in Jalil workers' settlement for the production of hosiery creating more than 100 jobs in this locality.

The founder and operator of this company was OOO IPT "Idea-South-East". OAO TATNEFT and OAO ACHNF (Almetyevsk hosiery factory) "Alsu" provided a set of property and equipment. The factory workers received specialized training on the basis of the OAO ACHNF "Alsu" training center.

The project provides for a tolling pattern of interaction. In the first phase of operation the enterprise will produce semi-finished hosiery products, which will be finally processed at OAO ACHNF "Alsu". The plans provide for implementing a full production cycle in future.

The technical commissioning of the production facility took place on September 15, 2007. The expected product output in 2008 exceeded 10 million rubles.

The future plans provide for bringing in an investor from outside and expanding the production range and the same approach will later be used to create a network of small enterprises in other parts of the south-eastern part of the Republic.
