Concerts of Elmet Zhyrliy Group were organized in the cities of Almetyevsk, Elabuga and Kazan in 1997.

In October 1997, the Fund awarded prizes in arts and culture by 7 nominations. The winners in the "Literature" nomination were Fanis Yarullin (Kazan), Noor Akhmadeev (Almetyevsk); in the nomination "Film Art" - Nail Kasymov and Foat Gaisin for making a film "Springs of Aktyuba"; as well as Noor Akhmadeev, Farit Mullagaliev, Vladimir Kozulkin (Almetyevsk), authors of the film "The Song of Silver Springs", etc.

Following the invitation of the Rukhiyat Fund concerts of the State Symphony Orchestra conducted by Fuat Mansurov with participation of soloists of the State Theater of Opera and Ballet named after M. Jalil and the Prague Opera House were given in the towns of Bugulma and Almetyevsk in 1998.

The regional festival of children's creativity "Country of the Warbling Nightingale" (20 nominations) has been annually arranged since 1997. By present about 40 thousand children from 17 cities and districts of the oil region of Tatarstan have participated in this event. Since 2003 the final rounds of the festival have been held in the children's health improvement camps of the Company under the great support of OAO TATNEFT trade union organization and Oil and Gas Production Boards.

In 1998, the Fund organized the contest named "OAO TATNEFT and South-East: Following the Course of Reforms" for the best newspaper publications and radio/television broadcasts. The contest winners were M. Zaripov (Kazan, Russia – Arguments and Facts), D. Matveev (Almetyevsk "Znamya Truda), P. Droppov (N. Chelny - Business Class), A. Tyutyugina and N. Ganiyeva (Almetyevsk - Neftyanik Tatarstana), etc.

A Festival Contest "Melodies of the Oil Region – 2000" (Nominations "Instrumental music" and "Art of singing") was arranged in 2000. The winners by the results of the contest were also awarded the scholarships of the Fund: S. Yusupova (State Conservatoire named after Zhiganov) and R. Andreev (Almetyevsk Music School).

The annual literary prize named after Sazhida Suleimanova has been instituted since 2006. Each year the Rukhiyat Fund Board of Trustees selects 6 writers and poets of the Republic of Tatarstan for awarding the prizes in the cash form, 10 students of various universities of the Republic of Tatarstan, who demonstrate their literary talents, become a one-year scholarship winners of the Fund in the framework of the S. Suleimanova Prize.

The contest of literary beginners of the oil region of the Republic of Tatarstan "Literary Debut" was arranged in 2006. A collected volume of works named "Yash Dulkyn - New Literary
Wave" was published based on the results of the contest.

The contest of the fine art masters of the oil region of Tatarstan was arranged in 2006 resulting in publishing a catalogue album.

A joint project with the Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute: the Republican Festival of Students' creativity named "Tormysh, isanme - Hello Life!" after. S. Suleimanova has been arranged since 2006.

Since 2006 the Fund has started an annual creative contest of fine arts in the framework of the festival of children's health improvement camps of OAO TATNEFT.

In 2007 the Rukhiyat Fund organized a literary contest "Gift for Children" with participation of writers of the oil region of the Republic of Tatarstan. A collection of the best works "Gift for Children" was published as a result of the contest.
