Sales and Delivery of Crude Oil, Gas, and Petroleum Products

OAO TATNEFT treated and delivered 25,594.6 thousand tons of resources to the transportation system in 2009 and totally 25,795.0 thousand tons were delivered to consumers. That was 5.3% more than during the similar period of 2008.
The Structure and Volumes of Oil and Gas Sales
In addition to its own resources the Company sold 1,574.3 thousand tons of oil produced by independent oil companies through the Oil and Oil Products Sale Department of ОАО TATNEFT.
The Company also continues working on marketing light oil and gas condensate produced by ZAO Tatneft-Samara, OOO Tatneft-Severniy and OAO Ilekneft outside the Republic of Tatarstan despite the absence of developed infrastructure.
The sales of oil products outside the Republic of Tatarstan totaled 41.7 thousand tons, including 30.3 thousand tons produced in orenburg Region and 11.4 thousand tons produced in Samara Region.
Crude oil deliveries as the domestic market were basically distributed to ОАО TAIF-NK Refinery and to Moscow Refinery.
The purchasesof oil products for provision of the retail network of ОАО TATNEFT in the Republic of Tatarstan and other areas of Russia were done at the Moscow, Ufa and Samara refineries and the Refinery of ОАО TAIF-NK and at the other plants as well as the own products were supplied from the Elkhovo Refinery of NGDU Elkhovneft.

Sale of Gas Products
Annually more than 670 mln. cubic meters of associated petroleum gas and 270 thousand tons of gas liquids from crude oil treatment installations are received by gas processing facilities of Tatneftgazpererabotka Administration.
364.8 mln cubic meters of dry gas and 91.8 thousand tons of ethane were extracted from the associated petroleum gas in 2009.
Besides, processing of the Company's hydrocarbon gas stock was performed at the capacities of ОАО Nizhnekamskneftekhim. The volume of stock supply via the product line during the reported period amounted to 59.2 thousand tons.

The volume of liquefied hydrocarbon gas supplied to the population of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan in 2009 amounted to 285.0 thousand tons (26.2 thousand tons in 2008).
