Management of the petrochemical complex is provided by the TATNEFT-Neftekhim Management Company.

Production Plant Main Technical and Economic Indices of the OAO TATNEFT Petrochemical Complex Companies
According to the results of 2009 the volume of commodity output produced by the petrochemical complex plants amounted to 19.4 billion rubles, which is 22.7% lower than the level of 2008. The sales revenues in 2009 decreased by 9.6% and amounted to 21.1 billion rubles.
The gross income amounted to 1.5 billion rubles. The average number of employees was 11.7 thousand persons. The activity of tire business in 2009 was performed on a give-and-take basis.

OAO Nizhnekamskshina
The volume of tire production in natural units amounted to 9.4 million pieces in 2009. OAO Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod The amount of 105.5 thousand tons of carbon black was produced in 2009.
OOO TATNEFT-Neftekhimsnab
The volume of commodity output of OOO Tatneft-Neftekhimsnab amounted to 16.8 billion rubles in 2009. ZAO Yarpolymermash – Tatneft By the results of 2009 the volume of produced commodity output amounted to 344.1 million rubles.
OOO Kama Trade House
The volume of tire sales by the Kama Trade House in the reported period (taking into account the storage program) amounted to about 10.1 million tires, which amounted to 18.3 billion rubles. The share of commodities sold to the near-abroad and far-abroad countries in the total volume of sales amounts to 24% (in value terms). The tires of Nizhnekamsk manufacture are delivered to OAO KamAZ, OAO AvtoVAZ, OOO GAZ Group, OAO Nefaz, OAO Iveko-UralAZ, ZAO ZAZ, etc.
OAO Nizhnekamsktekhuglerod
The amount of 105.5 thousand tons of carbon black was produced in 2009.
OAO Nizhnekamsk Mechanical Factory
The volume of commodity output produced by Nizhnekamsk mechanical plant amounted to 231 million rubles in 2009.
ZAO Yarpolymermash–TATNEFT
By the results of 2009 the volume of produced commodity output amounted to 344.1 million rubles.
OOO Nizhnekamsk Solid Metal Cord Tire Plant
Construction of the plant for production of tires with steel wire cord in the frame and the belt started in 2007 was continued in 2008 to satisfy the market demand for all-steel tires. All supply contracts for technological equipment were concluded during 2008. The plant capacity will make 1.2 million tires per year. The amount of RUR 5.5 billion rubles was invested in 2008.
