The Register of TATNEFT Shareholders Will Be Handed Over to the Almetyevsk Branch of OOO Eurasian Registrar

For the purpose of meeting the interests of the shareholders the Board of Directors of OAO TATNEFT has taken a decision to hand over the shareholders’ register to the Almetyevsk branch of OOO Eurasian Registrar. An appropriate agreement was signed on January 28, 2010 for keeping the register of the registered security holders.

TATNEFT Expands Filling Stations Network
OOO Tatneft-AZS Center (Almetyevsk, Tatarstan) opened 7 new stations with their total number reaching 270 pieces. Of this amount, 150 filling stations are located in the territory of Tatarstan, while the rest are distributed over Mari El, Chuvashia, Udmurtia, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Chelyabinsk and Sverdlovsk regions.
