Important part of the corporate management of the TATNEFT Company is the system of uniform corporate standards, aimed at ensuring efficiency of business processes, control over their quality, minimization of corporate risks of all types, and, in general, maintenance of transparent corporate relations between the parent company, structural subdivisions, and associated companies.

Uniform Corporate Standards

The system of corporate standards includes 19 directions totally covering all components of the Company's activities; the system applies to the parent company with its structural divisions and affiliated and subordinate companies.

Corporate standards are approved by the General Director of OAO TATNEFT and entered under individual sequence number into a special registry. The registry is annually renewed. The Register of the corporate management standards included 101 standards as of January 1, 2009. Current fulfillment of standards is maintained by making respective decisions on management and approval of supplementary procedures.
