The Personnel Management Policy is aimed at creating an integrated system of continuing education focused on continuous improvement and development of the employees. The Company has unique conditions for the training of all categories of the employees. By present OAO TATNEFT has established and is successfully using a system of vocational education, including training and advanced vocational training of workers, professionals, managers of the senior and middle management level.
The training base of the Company is a system of training centers and programs with a long history and rich experience in training specialists. The training centers of the Company are manned by highly qualified teachers and furnished with modern equipment that allows us not only to improve the qualifications, to teach new skills and improve the competence of our own personnel, but also provide support to other companies.
The Company welcomes the desire of employees to self-development and improving the level of professionalism. Thus, the Company offers special conditions to the employees conducive to the development of professional competence and professional qualities that can be beneficial for both the employee and the Company.
The Personnel Management Policy is aimed at the age of investment in employees training. The programs of the personnel development and training are developed based on strategic planning and defining requirements for the competence of various categories of employees in the short and long term.
The Company attaches special importance to the development and training of young specialists. Special programs are developed to quickly involve them in working processes and find applications for their talents. Combination of education at the workplaces, mentoring, sharing of experiences, contests, conferences, seminars and other events provide for support and development of young employees.
The Personnel Management Policy priority is multifaceted and continuous training of senior and middle level managers.
Particular attention is paid to acquisition of practical experience in management, taking into account the specifics of OAO TATNEFT operation. Therefore, most managers undergo all the steps from the rank and file to senior managers.
The Personnel Management Policy is based on the continuity of the leaders of all management levels and implementation of training programs and promotion of the personnel reserve. From the early days of the employee's work the Company carries out monitoring of leadership qualities and skills required for a manager.
Evaluation of employees also serves as the basis for identifying employees with a high managerial potential. Special training programs as well as individual development programs are developed for them, including short-term courses, work on probation, participation in projects and receiving an additional (second) higher education degree.
