HR Management Policy

The Company's employees are the main asset of OAO TATNEFT and a key resource in implementing the corporate strategy. This assessment of the role of human resources provides the basis for the Company's human recourses management policy.

The HR Management Policy objective is to ensure availability of highly qualified and motivated employees for the Company creating the conditions for their effective performance and developing the human capital of the Company in accordance with the chosen strategy.

The Policy of the Company's Personnel Management is a combination of principles and approaches applied in the management of the human resources. This Policy defines the methods and techniques for managing the personnel, as well as providing for a uniform approach in decision-making with regard to the personnel, based on the values of the Company.

The HR Management Policy is a basic document of the Company in the field of human resources management, which is consistently reflected in corporate standards, regulations and procedures. All provisions of the Human Resources Management Policy are mandatory for the structural divisions, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as well as for each employee of the Company. All managers of the Company with organizational and methodological support of the personnel management services are responsible for the implementation of the HR Management Policy.

The HR Management Policy of OAO TATNEFT is aimed at maintaining the Company's status as the most attractive employer in the labor market.
