The document was signed by Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, President of Turkmenistan, and Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The tire complex of OAO TATNEFT will present their products at REIFEN-2012, the XXVII-th World's Fair of tires, technologies, equipment and materials for their production, which will be held in Essen from June 5 to 8.
