The proposed technology is protected by RF patent No.2382172. The method implies that a polymer composition, cement slurry and at the final stage of cementing a polymer/cement mixture are sequentially injected in the amount sufficient to fill the annular space in the productive layer interval. Fragility of the resulting synthetic resin based polymer/cement stone is lower in comparison with the cement stone. This increases the resistance of the polymer/cement stone to alternating loads, which the cement sheath in the annulus of the pay zone is constantly exposed to in the process of perforation and operation of wells. The cured polymer/cement stone demonstrates high corrosion resistance in corrosive reservoir fluids. Various synthetic resin based polymer/cement compositions are used as a plugging material, which cure in the cement slurry environment. The injection of the polymer composition prior to the cement mortar is necessary for the polymer composition to evenly distribute and solidify after penetration into the rock and the mud cake, forming a solid impermeable barrier in the near-wellbore part of the rock. The developed method improves the structural and mechanical properties of the filter cake and the rock contacting with the cake. This saves the reservoir properties due to the formation of the impermeable polymer based barrier in the near-wellbore part. Filling of the reservoir interval annulus with 10-20 m of polymer/cement material overlap in the final stage of cementing provides for high sealing contact of the polymer/cement slurry with the polymer/cement cake crust and the casing metal. Application of the polymer/cement slurry for the production string sealing will allow the Company's professionals to effectively carry out both sealing and additional sealing of production strings as the resulting polymer/cement slurry filtrate has a high penetrating power, while the cement slurry does not penetrate into the formation pores and fractures. Therefore, the filtrate containing resin penetrates and cures in tight channels and eliminates leakage, while the formed polymer/cement stone prevents squeezing of the filtrate in the process of its curing. Of this amount 181.3 thousand meters (199.3 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 180/1 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 1.2 thousand meters. 18.7 thousand meters (23.5 thousand meters in 2012) were penetrated for the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT, including production drilling in the amount of 16.4 thousand meters and exploratory drilling in the amount of 2.3 thousand meters. 142 wells (153 wells in 2012) were constructed and delivered to the customers with 101 wells (106 wells in 2012) delivered to JSC TATNEFT, including 99 wells of production drilling and 2 wells of exploratory drilling. 15 wells were delivered to the subsidiaries of JSC TATNEFT (11 wells in 2012) including 11 wells of production drilling and 4 wells of exploratory drilling. <b>Active Well Stock Drilling</b> The penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores during five months of 2013 amounted to 22 thousand meters (16.7 thousand meters in 2012). 11.4 thousand meters (9 thousand meters in 2012) were drilled for JSC TATNEFT. 43 wells (35 wells in 2012) were delivered to the customers. Of this amount 29 wells (19 wells in 2012) were delivered to JSC TATNEFT. 35 drilling crews have been performing well drilling operations since the beginning of 2013; 12 drilling crews are engaged in drilling lateral and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performs drilling to the bituminous deposits of Ashalchinskoye field for NGDU "Nurlatneft". The penetration per crew during five months of 2013 amounted to 6,535 m, while in 2012 the penetration per crew amounted to 7,006 m. 26.2 thousand meters were penetrated outside the Republic of Tatarstan. <b>Repair of Wells</b> In May 2013 remedial servicing operations were performed in 599 wells (552 wells in May of 2012) with a number of wells serviced during five months amounting to 3,336 wells (3.303 wells during five months of 2012). 30 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan, including 27 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Samara", 2 wells for OOO "Tatneft-Severny" and 1 well for JSC "Ilekneft" (25 wells were repaired during five months of 2012 with 24 wells repaired for OOO "Tatneft-Samara" and 1 well for JSC "Ilekneft"). The workover operations were performed in 1,008 wells during five months of the current year (195 wells in May), including production string sealing performed in 109 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 69 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 79 wells, liquidation of downhole complications and cleaning of production casing and bottomhole in 59 wells, installation of isolating packers and dual completion systems in 67 wells and physical liquidation in 6 wells and re-liquidation in 5 wells. 239 wells were worked over with application of coil tubing (42 wells in May), including 47 wells worked over through the annulus. Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 242 wells (55 wells in May) (158 wells during five months of 2012). The cumulative incremental crude oil production amounted to 6 million 735 thousand tons. In addition a multi-zone acid fracturing job was performed in eight intervals of well 315g, Yaurkinskoye field of "Tatneft-Samara" from May 18 to 27 of 2013. Two workover crews drilled and completed 9 small diameter wells for JSC TATNEFT during five months of 2013. Currently drilling one well is underway in NGDU "Prikamneft" and NGDU "Bavlyneft". Works on oil recovery enhancement were performed in 975 wells (215 wells May) with application of chemical methods in 464 wells (106 sells in May). The incremental crude oil production resulting from application of crude oil recovery enhancement methods amounted to 2,447 thousand tons with application of chemical methods accounting for 1,019 thousand tons (1,076 thousand tons during 5 months of 2012). The customer of the products output volume and product mix as well as raw materials supplier was JSC TATNEFT. A significant result of the past year was reaching the project capacity of processing by the "TANECO" refinery: 7,000,000 tons of oil. Comprehensive testing of the visbreaking installation and the combined sulfur production installation was started, which allowed increasing the depth of crude oil conversion and recovering valuable distillate products, as well as expanding the range of products at the expense of natural gas liquids, low viscosity marine fuel and granulated sulfur. For the year as a whole the oil processing conversion ratio was higher than the average one at the Russian refineries. During the reporting period as of the investment phase completion the capital investments of JSC TATNEFT in the starting complex 1A1 amounted to 10 billion rubles, including 384.3 million rubles for design and survey work, 1.5 billion rubles for equipment and materials and 6.3 billion rubles for construction and installation works. From the project realization start the parent company has provided financing for more than 220 billion rubles without VAT and guaranteed JSC "TANECO" a high level of financial stability. The most important priority in the activities of JSC "TANECO" is providing for safe working conditions, as well as compliance with the requirements of industrial safety and environmental standards. As a result of the activities and the compliance with necessary industrial safety and health measures at the workplace no accidents and fatalities have been recorded. The Oil Refining and Petrochemical Complex achieved an increase in the volume of recycled water usage in the process during the past year. The "closed-loop" principle was implemented ensuring a return of up to 100 percent of the treated water into the production. Modern engineering design solutions allowed for achieving a minimum emission level of pollutants released into the atmosphere. The main result of the work carried out is successful delivery of the quarterly financial, managerial and tax accounting in the following structural divisions of the Company: Standardizing Research Station, Engineering Center, Tatar Geological Exploration Administration, as well as the Representative Office of JSC TATNEFT in Moscow. This project is the final stage in transferring of all the JSC TATNEFT's accounting processes into SAP and creating a unified information system for the formation of the consolidated financial statements of the Company. The project was completed in the course of implementing the program to create a SAP ERP based system for formation of the consolidated financial statements of JSC TATNEFT. The project developed and implemented standard solutions in the field of accounting, taxation and management accounting, transition from FORT solutions to the new SAP ERP platform was made. Automation was done in a record-setting time period: just four months after the integration testing of standard design solutions the system was adapted to the business processes of each of the structural divisions and switched over into commercial operation. Over the next three months, these companies formed monthly and quarterly reports in the new system. To run SAP in medium and small structural divisions of JSC TATNEFT there was applied the type assignment experience gained earlier in the Oil and Gas Production Boards and other major divisions of the Company. Despite the apparent simplicity of the implementation process at some divisions, the number and complexity of the project tasks as a whole is comparable to the creation of a large enterprise management system. The employees of Energy Consulting/Tatneft (part of the Energy Consulting Group), first specialized company in Tatarstan to support SAP business applications were actively involved in the project. The tasks of the Energy Consulting/Tatneft included, inter alia, analysis of solution designs on the lack of collisions with the systems being already in commercial operation. Now, after the transfer of the structural divisions on the use of standard business operations and common analytical features and objects, the project team has to perform a great deal of methodological work. The first pilot accomplishment was preceded by extensive preparatory work with participation of TATNEFT's professionals, scientists of TatNIPIneft, specialists of OOO "Tatburneft", Tatarstan's Oil Service Management Company "Tatneft-RemServis", as well as the representatives of "TAM" Company and the U.S. "Halliburton" Oil Services Company, who followed up the whole process of the formation hydraulic fracturing. Prior to carrying out the multi-frac job the work had been performed on the target selection, analysis and simulation of fracture by the results of core analysis and data interpretation, determination of the well direction and its design. In the well of Yaurkinskoye oil field the innovations were implemented concerning the well model building, drilling and accurate steering of the horizontal section of the wellbore, as well as new chemical compositions were used for the frac job. Such competitions have become a good tradition: the contest has been organized for the fourth consecutive year on the initiative of JSC TATNEFT, and young artists of the whole oil producing region - children of the employees of TATNEFT Group of Companies, oil service companies and small oil producing companies of the Republic participating in the contest appeal in their drawings to treat the nature with due care, preserve and protect the world around us. 630 young hopefuls aged from 4 to 17 years from Almetyevsk, Jalil Leninogorsk, Bugulma, Aznakaevo, Bavly, Nizhnekamsk, Nurlat and other populated communities of the South-eastern part of Tatarstan had participated in the contest "I'm drawing Oil!. In total, they had presented more than 700 works to the jury. The Commission had determined the contest winners in three age groups. All the winners and runners-up were awarded diplomas and valuable gifts. The works of the Contest participant will be exhibited at the gallery of Almetyevsk on the Children's Day.
