The basis of the old-age pension program of OAO TATNEFT is the principle of the social partnership, under which the Company and its employees jointly shape the future corporate pension on a parity basis.
The Corporate old-age pension program of OAO TATNEFT is over 10 years. Over 11 thousand people every month receive a corporate non-governmental pension. The minimum amount of this pension is now 500 rubles per month.
At present there are three retirement benefit schemes active in the framework of the Company's old-age pension program, allowing each employee of OAO TATNEFT to form their own retirement reserve capital.
The first retirement benefit scheme is a guaranteed, or a basic one (minimum), which provides the corporate pension of each employee who has worked in the Company for a period of not less than 10 years.
The second retirement benefit scheme is a stimulating one. Under this scheme OAO TATNEFT forms a pension for every worker by the basic model, but for the purpose of increasing the pension amount, the employee may join the pension scheme and build up his retirement capital on a parity basis jointly with the Company. In this case, the pension contribution of the Company in favor of the employee shall increase.
The employees are included into the first and the second retirement benefit schemes 15 years before achieving the retirement benefit grounds.
The third retirement benefit scheme is a voluntary one, based solely on a parity basis. Any employee of OAO TATNEFT, regardless of his record of work or service and age, may accumulate the capital jointly with the Company for the future pension.
Another area of OAO TATNEFT activity in the area of pension coverage is involvement of the employees of the Company to actively participate in the Russian pension reform, particularly in the formation of a cumulative part of the earned pension, and join the state program of co-financing the pension savings. As of today, all the employees of the Company have practically chosen the insurer for compulsory pension insurance.

As of today, the combined financial assets of the Non-Governmental Pension Fund exceed the amount of RUR 8 billion. The Fund provides for implementation of more than 400 corporate pension programs, forms the non-governmental pension in favor of more than 200 thousand people paying out 20 thousand non-governmental pensions per month. Over 60 thousand people have entrusted the National Non-Governmental Pension Fund formation of the cumulative part of its future earned pension. The Fund has rating A + and it means a very high level of reliability and professionalism.
