Rukhiyat Fund

The Rukhiyat Spiritual Revival Fund received an official status in January 1997.

Goals and Objectives of the Rukhiyat Fund:

• promotion of culture, literature and art in the Republic of Tatarstan, arrangement of cultural and educational activities;
• revitalization of spiritual renewal and cultural life of the oil region of the Republic of Tatarstan
• preparation and arrangement of contests in the field of literature and art;
• institution and awarding of prizes by the results of contests in the field of literature and art;
• identification of young talents and promotion of their creative growth;
• identification of gifted children in the oil region of the Republic of Tatarstan, and promotion of their abilities to obtain education in prestigious educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Fund has established Commissions on culture and arts issues and an expert commission on publishing activities, members of which are the celebrities of culture and literature of the Republic of Tatarstan.
