AZS Tatneft is One of the Most Dynamically Developing Networks of Filling Stations in the Russian Federation.

AZS Tatneft sells all kinds of gasoline and diesel fuels, provides a wide range of additional services, including the ones free of charge, and offer programs for the purchase of petroleum products through a non-cash payment system using fuel cards.

As of January 1, 2009, there were 602 filling stations under the brand of Tatneft with 464 of them operating in the Russian Federation and 138 stations in the Ukraine.

Petrol stations are located in twenty regions of the Russian Federation: in Moscow and St. Petersburg, in the territory of the Republics of Tatarstan, Mari El, Udmurtia and Chuvashia, in the Moscow, Leningrad, Vladimir, Tver, Arkhangelsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Chelyabinsk, Sverdlovsk, Volgograd and Kemerovo regions, as well as in the Krasnodar and Stavropol Areas. 138 TATNEFT gas stations are operated in the Ukraine: the Crimea, Donetsk and Kharkov regions.

The amount of the annual sales through the network of TATNEFT's filling stations is more than 1.1 million tons of oil and gas products. The own petroleum products output capacities of the Elkhovo oil refining installation of NGDU Elkhovneft amounts to 80 thousand tons of gasoline grades Normal-80, AI-92 and AI-95 of the Euro standard, and 100 thousand tons of the Euro standard diesel fuel. Deliveries of petroleum products to the TATNEFT's gas stations are performed by OAO TAIF-NK, the Moscow Oil Refinery and the Ufa Refineries Group, etc.

High fuels and services quality is a priority for the TATNEFT's gas stations, and it allows them to lead and to compete on an equal footing with major players in many markets of the country. The proof of high quality petroleum products sold by the gas stations of TATNEFT is a successful voluntary certification of several dozens of the gas stations located in Tatarstan, Mari El, Chuvashia, Ulyanovsk and Samara regions, which was carried out for the first time in the Russian Federation. As a result of laboratory tests performed on a regular basis, including the tests performed by the Company's own specialized mobile laboratories, the quality of petroleum products sold meets the requirements of the standards.

Principal attention of the Company is paid to ensuring standards of quality and service, improving control systems and optimizing business processes. Delivery of fuel is carried out by railway or through pipelines to its own oil depots with subsequent delivery of the products to the Company's gas stations by modern fuel tankers. Delivery to the filling stations located at a distance up to 500 km is performed directly from the refinery, i.e. excluding any extra fuel handling, thus minimizing even a theoretical possibility of the fuel quality deterioration.

The priority direction in the operation of the retail distribution network is to prevent environmentally harmful effects resulting from the economic activity. Being aware of the business social responsibility to the society, the retail distribution network outlets of TATNEFT are involved in implementation of social projects in the areas of the Company's economic activity, and they attach great importance to the revival of traditional spiritual and moral values of the people living in the Russian Federation. The structures of TATNEFT's retail supply network rendered charity support in arranging Sabantuy festivities in Moscow and other cities, assisted in the restoration of a rural Orthodox Church, rendered assistance to the Russian Committee of the War and Military Service Veterans, to creative groups, theaters, museums, sports teams, etc. The multifaceted activities of the TATNEFT's retail marketing network of filling stations has been distinguished by various diplomas and letters of thanks.
